I Still Have a Dream
IsraelAlit Kreiz and The Actors Studio, Kfar Saba
A group of teenagers challenges the conventional behavior codes in the theatre, walking the fine line between the desire to have an emotional, even cathartic encounter with live art in the theatre hall, and the restrained behavior and intellectual discourse in the foyer and plaza.
Accompanied by creator and artist Alit Kreiz, the teens confront the “world of grownups” with their own world, which is sometimes perceived as vacuous, detached, superficial, and spoiled. Through a series of performative actions, the teens will reimagine the theatre, create surprising interactions, and push the boundaries of space and experience.
