Two Sunrises
Hadassa Goldvicht > Hadassah Mount Scopus
In the last decade, the artist Hadassa Goldvicht has been working in collaboration with various institutions and communities in Israel and around the world. A significant part of her practice includes intimate conversations with employees of the institution or the community. This is motivated by the importance she sees in artistic processes in the public space, and her conviction that art not only operates in a given reality but also changes it.
About a year after the birth of her son, the artist returned to Hadassah Hospital, where she was born and where she gave birth to her children. Two Sunrises centers on extraordinary personal conversations with the hospital staff, in particular the staff of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hadassah Mount Scopus.
Throughout the festival, Two Sunrises will be on view at Hadassah Hospital and is intended primarily for visitors to the hospital and its staff, who are currently in the eye of the storm.
