Neta Elkayam and Amit Hai Cohen create an event that blends between hafla, music, cabaret, documentary theater, art exhibition and a modern khamara with participating artists from Morocco and Israel.
On the stage of the Jerusalem Theater, a contemporary Hilulla will trace the intangible lines connecting between Marakech, Paris, Netivot and Jerusalem. Over twenty artists, from Morocco and from Israel, will join together with the audience (that sits with them on stage) for a one-of-a-kind experience that crosses between mediums, rhythms and tastes for an evening that celebrates life, and commemorates death.
